How to join FRAC

The 2012 FRAC membership year is February 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013.

Please use the New Member Application form or the Member Renewal form.

If you were NOT a member of FRAC in 2011 use this form:

Member Renewal Form

NOTE: If you joined FRAC (as a new member) between October 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011 you do not need to submit a renewal form or dues for 2012 - your membership is good until January. 31, 2013.

Lifetime members do not need to submit a renewal form unless you need to update your contact information or dog's names, etc.
